Owner Information

As an owner of a unit at Kona Isla Condominium for over 20 years, and a part time resident, I realize that the more information that can be found on the Internet, the easier it will be to rent our units.  Kona Isle is one of the best kept secrets along the Kona Coast.  It is Big Island living at its best and an ideal spot for vacationers.  In an effort to promote our condominium units to the public and to provide online information to members of the Condominium Association, I have published this web site with two purposes in mind: 

      1.  Improving occupancy and thus cover expenses of owning the units.  This will be done through promotion of this web site on the Internet so that the public gets the information.  This information is in addition to that provided by our various management companies.  Providing information to the public is my sole goal.  It is not my intention or desire to attempt to manage any unit, including my own.  It is hoped that travel agents and property management organizations currently handling our units will use this site as a resource to show what we have to offer.

      2.  Provide information (possibly a newsletter) to absentee owners by publishing information provided by onsite owners.  After all, we all have the same objective of taking care of our units for our personal enjoyment.

 I would also like to profile individual owners so we can get better acquainted with each other.  Then when we meet on the island, we will not be strangers.

Units for sale could also be listed on this web site.  Links to local realtor sites could be added.

The web site can grow as our needs grow.  So send me an e-mail with  some favorite photos and we will publish them for all to enjoy.

If you would like to list your unit on this site, please send an email with the following attachments to the webmaster:
    1.  A paragraph describing your unit.
    2. Four to eight digital pictures in 640x480 format with captions.  If you want to mail photo prints for us to scan, let me know in advance.  Scanning of your photos will be $3.00 each.  
    3.  If you have a property manager, provide the link to the appropriate application web page.
        Or if you are managing your own property, provide the email where you want the request sent.
    4.  Provide the link to the availability chart for you unit at he Management Company's site.

A separate web page with your unit information and links, as appropriate, will be added to KonaIsleCondos.com.  The basic cost for this service is $10/mo, paid semi-annually.  A setup fee of $30 will be charge.  However, if you pay for one year in advance, there is no charge for building your web page.
